GNIET library boasts of having an extensive collection books & journals. There are more than 9000 volumes of books apart from International, National Journals, magazines and Periodicals. The library also has computers with Internet connections, facilitating students and staff to update their knowledge with latest information. The books are systematically arranged according to titles and subjects. A copier facility is also provided for the benefit of students.
Students are encouraged to engage in physical activities for the overall development of personality. They are encouraged to participate in inter college competitions and also offer themselves for selection to the University Team. The Cricket and Football grounds and the Indoor Sports are provided. An Annual Sports Week is conducted and prizes will be awarded to teams and individuals who prove their mettle.
The cafeteria in the college is the hub of every student activity. Students throng the cafeteria and help themselves to a variety of tasty foods which of course come at very nominal rates. The canteen serves delicious & hygienic North Indian, South Indian, Chinese & Confectionery Items.
The students are provided medical assistance at the first aid centre and with the help of first aid boxes kept at key locations. A local doctor is engaged for emergent requirements.
There are a number of State Roadways buses to the college. The College has its own fleet of buses plying from the city. They are comfortable, safe and fast.
